consider volunteering with the Department of Parks & Recreation.
We have volunteer opportunities in special events, new clubs, planning
for new activities and office tasks. Just call our office at (804)
365-7150 and talk with our staff. We can always use a helping hand.
Instructors
We contract instructors to offer enrichment classes at various facilities
throughout the county. If you or a friend have an interest or a
hobby that you would like to teach, call our office, (804) 365-7150.
Instructors are needed for children's programs: arts & crafts,
nature, sports, dance and more!
